Reservation Policy

  • For resevations we require a deposit of a minimum of One Night’s stay of your full accomodation. The balance due of your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
  • It is required to review the Cancellation Policy before confirming any reservation.
  • All credits or given vouchers, are valid only for one year from the time of cancellation.
  • All credit card or PayPal refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • By confirming your booking and submitting your deposit, you Fully Accept our Cancellation Policy and Reservation Policy.
  • One night deposits for reservations are non-refundable if you cancel your reservation. Unless, you cancel 48 hours prior to your check in date. If we are notified in time, we will refund your deposit in full, subject to any processing fees as noted below.
  • Under any circumstances that you wish to leave earlier than the check out date, you are still required to pay the full amount of the accomodation. There will be no refund for Early Checkouts. For walk-in guests that are not sure of the duration of their stay, we will book each night as needed.
