Reservation Policy

  • For resevations we require a deposit of a minimum of One Night’s stay of your full accomodation. The balance due of your reservation may be paid at any time during your stay with us.
  • It is required to review the Cancellation Policy before confirming any reservation.
  • All credits or given vouchers, are valid only for one year from the time of cancellation.
  • All credit card or PayPal refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to bed availability and a early check-in/late check-out fee.
  • Reservations are only guaranteed on the basis of a valid credit card.
  • All bedding arrangement requests will be accomodated subject to availability on the date of arrival.
  • A minimum deposit of 1 night’s stay is required all reservations. The balance due may be settled at any time prior to checking out.
  • One night deposits for all reservations are non-refundable. UNLESS, you request cancelation 48 hours prior to your check in date.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via direct email to info@apiacentralhotel.com or through any booking engine the reservation was made from.
  • All applicable refunds will be processed within 1 – 5 business days from date of cancellation.
  • A 5% processing fee will be charged on all credit cards and PayPal refunds.
  • When checking out prior to check-out date on the reservation, you are still liable to pay the full amount per reservation.
  • Walk-in guests are booked on a day to day basis, therefore, room rates are subject to change.
  • All vouchers or credits are valid only for 1 year from date of issue.
